Born in Athens, some might say that Hospitality runs in his DNA, so when the choice between becoming an engineer, a soldier or a bartender came up he went with the latter. Having worked and managed every style of bar around different parts of Greece, the need for a new challenge lead him to move to London in 2012. This allowed him to organize events for companies like William Grants & Sons, Bacardi, Remy Cointreau, be involved in the evolution of many small and large brands and also participate in different Festivals around the UK.  Wet & Dry is the amalgamation of it all.
