THE SHOP NW10 (2013)
This delightful little neighbourhood cocktail bar in Kensal Rise was in need of a shake up. W&D installed back office sense, created a new cocktail menu and retrained staff.

Working hand in hand with the launch of this exciting new vermouth, consulting on all aspects of its creation from conception.

What started as a three month consultancy became our non stop endeavor for three years. During our tenure as the management team, we established an award winning high volume bar which became a true industry favourite!
